Prasenjit Sarkar

Prasenjit Sarkar, an educationist, writer and an art lover, started his career in the media industry. After two years he joined the social sector and imparted Pre- primary and Primary Teachers’ Training and Vocational Training to women. He is one of the important founder members of the organisation. Passionate about public relations, administration and community development he has capacities both for field interventions as well as coordination. He has conducted several workshops and seminars both with in-house and external resource / institution. He puts his ideas and guidance in the planning and developing strategies identify gaps and liaison with stakeholders along with guidance for appropriate financial management.

Radha Arakkal

A marketing professional and lover of the arts. She started her career in advertising, working with global advertising agencies including JWT, Leo Burnett, and Universal McCann. After 15 years in media strategy and brand strategy, Radha moved to the area of market research and analytics. For 11 years, she advised brands around the world with winning insights for profitable growth. In 2018, she decided to transition to the social sector. Since then she has been consulting in the sector and mentoring small NGOs. For SWS, Radha has been a mentor and evangelist. She has supported fundraising, growth planning, marketing strategy, and communications.

Shibani Chakraborty

Shibani Chakraborty is one of the former CDPOs with Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of West Bengal. She has in-depth knowledge of child development, health and nutrition, Child protection, child rights, child abuse and other child related issues. She conducts workshops with children, mothers, and youth and also TOT supports in preparing action plans for programme teams. She is in-charge of the child protection team of Swapnopuron Welfare Society. She has attended several workshops by Govt. of West Bengal, CINI, Ramakrishna Mission Narendrapur and CARE.

Santwana Basu

Santwana Basu, M.A (Applied Psychology) University of Calcutta. Having 18 years experience in teaching profession in a Montessori house and successfully completed Diploma in Teachers Training Course from Calcutta Training society in the year of 2000. Later on she completed one year certificate course on basic skills in counselling for interpersonal conflict management 2013-14from Jadavpur University. She is the Director at Casa-Dei-Bambini Montessori House

Biswajit Saha 

Biswajit Saha is responsible for maintaining statutory matters related to finance/ accounts, IT, annual audit and maintaining fixed assets. He is quite a passionate person about children and education.

Satarupa Majumder

Satarupa Majumder, a teacher by profession, specialists in primary and secondary education, pedagogy coordinator, worked with British Council as workshop coordinator. She is responsible for curriculum development of Swapnopuron. She is responsible for proposal writing, monitoring projects, supervising all programs, support implementation, planning in all programme team in liaison with different government and non-government sectors. She has attended several workshops by CII, US Centre, CINI, MSME, and Asian College Of Teachers. She is also a GAP Changemaker.

Aparajita Saha

Aparajita Saha is a postgraduate in Home Science from Viharilal College, Kolkata. She has been a Dietician of Sambhu Nath Pandit Hospital. After her retirement, she founded Nutridiet – a diet institute.
